If using mobile, you can access all downloaded telegram files (including those in private channels) by using FV file explorer. TG files are stored in Android/data/org.telegram.nessenger/files/Telegram. You can copy your files from here to any folder on your device, it’s that easy! ---

I think there is a script which give option of bulk download but I don’t know and if u know coding then use terminal to download using python script ---
