I would like to provide a clear explanation of what happened from my side.
First, our LMS platform faced serious technical issues and attacks, which caused major disruptions to the learning environment. Because of these issues, I began working on a replacement LMS so that students could continue learning without future interruptions.
Secondly, my official phone number was banned, which resulted in the loss of my contacts, groups, and communication channels. I publicly informed students about this situation, but unfortunately I had no backup available to recover many student contacts. As a result, I lost communication with several students, including some who were waiting for support and training.
I understand that these circumstances do not remove the frustration you experienced. You invested both your time and money, and it is reasonable for you to expect communication and progress. For that reason, I am not ignoring your concerns.
If my intention were dishonest, I could have simply stopped responding. Instead, I have continued replying, rebuilding communication, and working to restore the training system. I have been teaching since 2019 and have worked with hundreds of students. My goal has always been to help students learn, not to abandon them.
Regarding your requests:
• Explanation: The LMS disruption and loss of communication due to the banned number caused the delays and lack of support.
• Solution: I am rebuilding the learning system, restoring student communication, and resuming training activities. I have already re-established contact and am ready to continue the learning process.
• Timeline: Training and support will resume immediately according to the new arrangements we discussed. I will continue providing updates and communication throughout the process.
I respect your right to raise concerns, and I do not expect trust to be rebuilt through words alone. I understand that trust comes through actions. Therefore, I am committed to demonstrating progress through consistent communication and actual support moving forward.
