What are the good requirements needed to run a forum site like onehack.st on azure or aws?  
Tell me the requirements like RAM, Storage, VCPUs and any others if needed?

- 12GB RAM (8GB rest is burst)
- Intel Core i7 (4 x 2.66 GHz)
- 2x1000GB HDD x1 (Spare)
- 1x250GB SSD (Backup)
- 1 IPv4
- 1Gbit/s (100Mbit/s Switch is enough most of the time)
