The only account recovery option Google provides starts at [https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery](https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery) (accounts can not be recovered through this forum or by contacting Google). Assuming you posted here because account recovery isn’t working, researching more accurate answers and using a known computer/IP-address will help. You also need to read the following resources:

- [https://support.google.com/accounts/thread/2307038](https://support.google.com/accounts/thread/2307038) - provides a brief overview of the process and sets expectations (not all accounts can be recovered).
- [http://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.com/](http://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.com/) - a detailed description of the account recovery process that covers most any question one might have (like ways to figure out the account creation date).

> Unfortunately, if you can’t use the provided method to prove ownership of the account Google will not give it to you.
