The preactivated version of Windows you see available on torrent sites are pirated versions.
They are cracked so that anyone can install them without purchasing genuine software.
Let me put it this way, when there will be some regular updates from Microsoft, it will show you the updates, you can download them also & the fun fact it will install as well , but after that your windows will get deactivated, busted!

So, the only work around is, keep playing, get the regular updates > get Windows copy deactivated > and re-activate your copy again using crack/patch/keygen/kms server… etc, THAT’S IT!

If you want to get rid from this monotonous hardwork, just buy a cheap Windows license key which is widely available on the Internet… They are like $5-$10 a genuine copy , But ahem-ahem, A bit stolen!
but it will update well, because actually, it’s a genuine license copy!
For genuine Windows image, get it from either Microsoft itself or source the same thing much easily from below post… Also there are many threads available here at 1Hack, if you search “office image windows”
The major disadvantage of using these torrents is, you can be downloading an ISO image injected with malicious code. This could include worms, keyloggers and other types of malware that could steal information such as your passwords and other types of sensitive information.
These pre-activated copies tend to use something called a KMS hack, which is an illegal host server handling activation request. Eventually, they will be discovered and shutdown and your copy will be deemed non-genuine.
In the end, its not worth it.
