No more Bins request, peoples ruining it really badly and I saw some members releasing non-working bins to just get attention from all and peoples turning that topic to a request base topic.

NO ! Requesting BIN not allowed, you can’t request for bins via Topic nor via a reply on any thread.
But if any experienced member has shared the working bins, you can use them without requesting furthermore or the one you need. asking for Bin may cause Account to get muted.
