Is there any other service like Transferwise which can provide crossborder bank accounts for free or at minimal cost?

dont know about that but you can use [similarsites.com](http://similarsites.com) to search for similar platform . Hope it helps.

There is no general answer to this question. The question is more from which sender country to which receiver country you want to transfer money.

The differences between the providers are the countries they serve. And so the fees depend on that answer.

Especially services like PayPal, Worldremit & Transferwise are growing fast.
