Guys, where do I find mail lists? For exampe, to use SET. Searched half of the deep web but couldn’t find anything useful. If I have to buy’em, then where?

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know of any programs or websites that allow mass sending of emails, say if I have an 85k email list I want to send? Cheers
