I have many courses in my Udemy account, and all of them are free courses using coupon.

Will the free course on my Udemy account disappear? and will a free course using a coupon get an update from the owner?

Mine too, I have exactly 5326 courses in my udemy account. Now the coupon input box is not in there. I think they hide for us.

no they are available  
first add the course into the cart  
then at the checkout , you willl find the option for coupon application.
