No, there is nothing you can do. 24 hours period is exactly for this: to prevent new sessions from kicking out old ones, there is no such solution to break this automation so far! let’s see if anyone gets any deep bypassing, though, you can try using VPN or proxy to end the session and start new with another. Cheers!

Your account may be compromised. Immediately enable **Two-Step Verification** in Telegram (Settings \> Privacy and Security \> Two-Step Verification). Then, change your password and email. If you can’t terminate sessions, try logging out from all devices and logging back in. If the issue persists, contact Telegram Support directly.

Recover and Protect Telegram From Hacks, Logouts, and Account Loss

### Short Introduction

Telegram accounts can be hacked, logged out unexpectedly, or deleted—especially if you use a temporary number or fall for phishing links. This guide shows you exactly how to identify the cause, regain access, secure your account, and avoid future issues like scams, auto-logouts, or lost data.

### Simplified One-Line Flowchart

Clicked fake link or used temp number ➔ Account hacked or deleted ➔ Reclaim or secure account ➔ Prevent future attacks

### Easy Step-by-Step Method

**Step 1: Understand the Type of Attack or Error**

- If you clicked a suspicious link (e.g., “Your old photos”): it’s **phishing**.
- If your number was temporary (TextNow, VoIP, burner): it may have been **recycled** , and someone else now owns your account.
- If you’re getting repeatedly logged out: it could be a **Telegram bug** , hijacked session, or device issue.

**Step 2: Revoke Unauthorized Access Immediately**

- Open Telegram → **Settings ➔ Devices**
- Terminate any unfamiliar sessions.
- This locks out hackers if you still have access.

**Step 3: Set Up Two-Step Verification (2FA)**

- Go to **Settings ➔ Privacy and Security ➔ Two-Step Verification**
- Add a **strong password** and a **recovery email**.
- This prevents others from logging in even if they have your phone number or OTP.

**Step 4: Clear App Cache and Reinstall Telegram**

- Go to **Settings ➔ Data and Storage ➔ Clear Cache**.
- Reinstall Telegram from [https://telegram.org/](https://telegram.org/) to fix logout bugs or glitches.

**Step 5: Update Your Device Security**

- Disable aggressive battery optimization and ensure Telegram isn’t auto-killed in the background.
- Use a **trusted device** and a **real SIM-based number** , not a temporary one.

**Step 6: Watch Out for Follow-up Scams**

- Phishing attackers may send fake recovery offers or threaten “sextortion.”
- Never pay or trust recovery services claiming they can hack your account back.
- If you’ve sent sensitive media, read:

**Step 7: Contact Telegram Support If Locked Out**

- Go to [https://telegram.org/support](https://telegram.org/support)
- Provide your phone number and issue clearly. Response may take time.

**Step 8: If You Used a Temporary Number and Lost Access**

- You likely cannot recover the account.
- Create a new account with a **permanently owned number**.
- Enable 2FA from the start to prevent future takeovers.

### Quick Tips (Optional)

- Always use a phone number you control long-term.
- Never click links in chats that ask for login credentials.
- Log out of inactive sessions regularly.

### Important Notes

- Telegram accounts tied to disposable numbers are at high risk of deletion or takeover.
- Auto-logout may happen due to bugs, session hijacks, or app conflicts—reinstalling often helps.
- Data cannot be recovered once an account is deleted by a hacker or due to number recycling.
- Use [https://haveibeenpwned.com/](https://haveibeenpwned.com/) to check if your email/phone was part of a data breach.
