For A beginners level, my personal favourite is Wondershare Filmora X . Its packed with features and easy to use. You can get pro version free for one month here: Filmora video editor free for 1 month (without watermark). If you have mac, best is imovie
For advanced level, the best options are adobe premiere pro along with after effects, then there’s VSDC pro, DaVinci Resolve studio and Final Cut Pro X if you have mac.
