My Telegram phone number was banned today due to my own mistake. I have many important chats and study groups there, so this is really concerning for me. Can anyone help me recover or unban my Telegram account? I’ve already tried the recovery and support options, but I’m not sure if I’ll get my account back or how long it will take. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance 🥰 ---

What do people do to get their accounts banned? I’ve uploaded movies, TV shows, courses, porn, etc., and they’ve only deleted my channels—it’s been like that since 2013 ---
