### Same app. Same day. 19× apart.

##### That gap is a business model, not a bug.

**Why it happens** — 🏷 the seller sets a price per country (nobody is forced to ask $20 in Nigeria) · 💳 the in-app button carries 15–30% commission that the web checkout does not (and since the April 2025 US order, apps may link to it again) · 🌍 streaming and dating bend to local paychecks, AI cannot — a GPU costs the same everywhere.

**Six plays, fastest pay first**

1. 🏷 **price your own app per market** — this map is the research you would pay for
2. 💳 **sell on the web too** — the commission stays with you
3. 🗺 **build the niche page** — price data plus affiliate links, boring and durable
4. 🎥 **content that travels** — “why your Netflix costs 3× mine”
5. 💬 **negotiate your bill** — annual, family, student, retention
6. 👨‍👩‍👧 **split a family plan** — allowed, and halves the cost

**Kept honest:** many services need a local payment method and their terms do not allow subscribing from abroad — a lens on pricing, not a bypass. Re-check numbers; exchange rates move. 💱

**The map:** [subpriced.com](https://subpriced.com) — 190+ subscriptions · 18 countries · free, no sign-up.
