Is there any way to use a Linux VPS to “forward” downloads?

I want to share some files on a Team Drive with a friend, but I do not want to share my account credentials. So can I use my VPS to fetch the files through rclone/Drive API and “forward” the download to my friend’s browser without having to download the files on the VPS first?

**Edit: I am a member of the team drive and do not have privileges to share links to non-members.**

@cetipabo I am a member of the team drive and do not have privileges to share links to non-members.

@prabha_coder Thanks a ton, this is exactly what I was looking for! I explored workers and indexes before but didn’t find anything like this.
