I have been unable to login with Discourse after the domain change. Can we please fix that please? I just made a new account just for this, Also, there must be others with the same problem as me
Freaked out when the site was down, please don’t do it again! Well, admin and staff are doing a grand job in keeping this site alive. I have learned an enormous amount of stuff, and all thanks to this site. I am very grateful for each and everyone on this site.
If you’re struggling to log into your old account after the domain change, here’s a quick fix:
Solution: Use social login (Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) with the same email linked to your old account. The system will log you in automatically.
Steps:
- Click “Login” on the homepage.
- Select your social login (Google, Facebook, etc.).
- Ensure you use the same email as your previous account.
- Done! You’re in.
If you’re unsure about the email or need assistance, reach out to any staff via chat.
