**Summary:**

1. **Wi-Fi 8 Overview**
Wi-Fi 8, arriving around **2028** , will prioritize **reliable connections** over speed, offering a more **adaptive** and **efficient** user experience.

2. **Similar to Wi-Fi 7**
While **Wi-Fi 8** retains the same **bandwidth** and **frequency bands** as Wi-Fi 7, it focuses on **network efficiency** by optimizing device-to-access point interactions.

3. **Improved Network Efficiency**
Wi-Fi 8 will reduce **interference** and **congestion** , providing a **more reliable** connection, especially in **mesh networks** with multiple access points.

4. **Real-World Performance**
Despite maintaining similar theoretical speeds, Wi-Fi 8’s **real-world throughput** will focus on **adaptive performance** rather than raw speed.

5. **New Features**
Wi-Fi 8 will introduce features like **Coordinated Spatial Reuse** and **Coordinated Beamforming** , improving how devices interact within a network.
