The screenshot youāre looking at is SharePoint, not OneDrive also, your account was recently created. You need to wait & do some activity, and then the university will change the account preference independently.

Bought this service on January 30th but unfortunately, I canāt manage to get the 5TB promised, the seller keeps saying is on university and to do some activity, I have already 150GB+ uploaded, 1 month already since the account is created but still no sign of the 5TB ( one of the main reasons I bought this ).
The seller also was telling me if they fail to upgrade they will send a replacement, but if the university already āfailedā to upgrade in a month how long do we, as customers, have to wait? I think 1 month is already too much.
