Update: We know about the OneDrive storage issue, which is not extending to 5TB.
- We have also contacted Microsoft regarding this issue, and it seems to be a bug from their end, not Universityās end.
As you can Google what an A1 Plus Student EDU Email gets, they receive 5TB of OneDrive storage & we too confirm that.
Our previous buyers have received the mentioned storage, but from now on, it seems to be a bug from Microsoftās end.
Right now, thereās nothing we can do about it.
Letās hope for the best.
