It seems that whenever a particular folder is downloaded, Google Drive does not provide a resume supported download link. Resume is available when a particular file is download but not the whole folder.
is there way to solve this ? Any help is appreciated.
No, either you can download the zip files using IDM (rarely any file fails to download completely) or restart the file downloading process as soon as it fails on chrome.
