The phone number need to be in colombia, or it don’t matter ?
It won’t matter but it should be fresh number and it should not be Voice over IP Number.!! I tried with many but not worked then tried with India and it worked!!

Please i have some problem with understanding how this web site http://zoners-gen.ml/ccn/ work, i think it is just random suggestion:
For example i made 10 ccn and it tall me that 2 live, and i did the same thing with these 2 live and this time it gave me 1 live, than i tested again with this 1 live ccn and i gat Unknown
10---->2-----1---->0
So i think is it just random in the background

Not only colombia you can use many like Thailand, Vietnam, Mexico, Norway, Greece. But Make Sure you Select Country as South Africa in Microsoft Azure Free Trail Page. And you can also use any country fresh number to verify and continue.

Then I suggest you use a better RDP
With Edu mail, you get $100 credit, and it expires after one year. Personally, the Edu bot methods that were posted here none of them worked for me, but the bots were working nice 
anyway i won’t recommend them to you for now.
Let me give you a hint on how to get edu mails, forget USA universities, do some researches on cheap ones in different countries, you will find some that just after signing up gives you an edu mail instantly that works with google drive and azure.
