GETTING BOG’S YOUTUBER ACADEMY: FREE, CHEAP & ALTERNATIVES
A Breakdown Before You Pay $69/Month
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Quick heads up before anything else: no leaked/pirated copy is going to replicate the actual value here, the weekly live calls and personalized channel feedback can’t be “downloaded.” But there’s real free and cheap ground to cover first.
Key One — Genuinely Free Options
| Resource | What You Get | Link |
|---|---|---|
| Simplilearn Free YouTube Courses | SEO, marketing fundamentals, audience growth, free certificate | simplilearn.com [1][2] |
| Catch Wisdom Growth Strategy | 12-unit self-paced course, algorithm mechanics, content systems | catchwisdom.com |
| YouTube itself | Many growth creators publish full free breakdowns of their own strategy | Search “[creator name] + how I grew” |
Key Two — Cheap, Not Free
| Resource | Cost Angle | Link |
|---|---|---|
| Govur University Self-Study | Free course material, paid only for faster certification | university.govur.com |
| Coursera YouTube Growth | Often has a free trial before the certificate purchase kicks in | coursera.org |
| Smaller/newer YouTube Skools | Watch for founding-member or limited-time discount pricing | Browse Skool’s YouTube category directly |
Key Three — Similar Paid Alternatives to Compare
| Program | Price | Format |
|---|---|---|
| YT Business Accelerator | $997/year (~$83/mo) | Step-by-step build, weekly calls, direct creator access |
| YouTube Automation Bootcamp | Varies | Community-style, similar Skool format |
| Udemy/Skillshare YouTube courses | Often 80-90% off during sales | One-time purchase, no community/calls |
Honest Bottom Line
The real reason people pay $69/month for Bog’s isn’t the 10-hour course library, it’s the weekly live calls and someone actually reviewing your specific channel. Free resources cover the theory just fine. Start with Simplilearn or Catch Wisdom, apply it for a few weeks, and only pay for Bog’s once you’ve hit a wall that only personalized feedback can fix.
