🔓 [BYPASS] Android Sideload Stack — Skip Google Play, Keep Every App

:shopping_cart: [PRO FREE] Android App Stores — Direct From Devs, No Google Account, Banned Apps Included

Obtainium · GitHub Store · Neo Store · Aurora Store. Install anything, anonymously, region-free.

:bullseye: Android’s getting locked down in ~100 days (developer verification). These 4 stores = your escape hatch. Install before it’s too late.

🧠 Why bother — 30 sec

Google’s pushing developer verification soon — every sideloaded app will need Google’s blessing. Indie apps, banned creators, leaked builds, region-locked releases = gone unless they bow to Google.

These 4 stores each pull from a different source Google doesn’t control. Use all 4 = 100% coverage of every Android app that exists.

📦 What each store does — picker
Store Pulls from Why you want it
:bullseye: Obtainium Direct from devs (GitHub/GitLab/Codeberg/website) Updates the SECOND dev pushes — bypasses every middleman
:octopus: GitHub Store Every GitHub repo shipping an APK Discover banned & hidden apps Play Store won’t host
:herb: Neo Store F-Droid + 100+ custom repos Best F-Droid client, reproducible-build verified
:crown: Aurora Store Play Store, anonymously All Play Store apps, no Google account, any region
🎯 #1 — Obtainium — the dev-direct dealer

:link: obtainium.imranr.dev · Universal APK

Paste any app’s GitHub/GitLab/F-Droid URL → it watches for new releases → auto-installs/updates. Apps land here 2–4 weeks before F-Droid.

Uncommon plays:

  • :performing_arts: Track Play-Store-banned apps (NewPipe, ReVanced, Aegis, Bromite) — they live on GitHub, Obtainium grabs them
  • :globe_showing_europe_africa: Skip region locks → paste dev’s site URL → install regardless of where you are
  • :test_tube: Run pre-release/beta builds — minutes after dev pushes, you have it
  • :counterclockwise_arrows_button: Export your app list → import on a new phone → identical setup in 5 min
  • :prohibited: Apps Google removed → often still alive on dev’s repo
🐙 #2 — GitHub Store — the discovery engine

:link: github-store.org · Releases · 14k+ :star:

Play-Store-style UI, but catalog = every GitHub repo shipping an APK. 350k+ updates served.

Uncommon plays:

  • :magnifying_glass_tilted_left: Hunt unreleased gems → browse “Trending” weekly → constant supply of hidden gold
  • :scroll: Read source code BEFORE installing → every entry links to repo
  • :technologist: Filter by dev → found one good dev? Get all their stuff at once
  • :shield: APK Inspect → peek inside before installing (permissions, signature, SDK) → catches sketchy apps
  • :globe_showing_europe_africa: Translation badge → see which apps support your language before installing
🌿 #3 — Neo Store — the F-Droid powerhouse

:link: GitHub repo · APK · 4.7k :star:

Modern F-Droid client. 100+ pre-loaded repos. Reproducible Build certified.

Uncommon plays:

  • :detective: Reproducible Build labels = proof APK matches source. Zero-trust mode for journalists & activists.
  • :locked_with_key: Permission heat map → sort apps by permissions BEFORE installing → find apps that ask least
  • :globe_with_meridians: Add custom repos (IzzyOnDroid, GrapheneOS, your own private repo) → merges everything
  • :bar_chart: Per-app download stats → see what real users actually install vs marketing hype
  • :identification_card: Privacy panel → comprehensive control over what each repo can do
👑 #4 — Aurora Store — Play Store ghost

:link: GitLab · also installable via Obtainium

The Play Store, anonymously. Same catalog, no Google account needed.

Uncommon plays:

  • :detective: Anonymous install → Google doesn’t track which apps you have. Crucial for stalker/abuse survivors.
  • :globe_showing_asia_australia: Spoof region → install Japan/Korea/Russia-only apps. Just change device profile.
  • :mobile_phone: Run on de-Googled phones (GrapheneOS, CalyxOS) → get Play Store apps WITHOUT installing Google
  • :prohibited: Google killed your account? Aurora doesn’t care — still gives you the apps
  • :counterclockwise_arrows_button: Install OLDER versions → if new app broke something, roll back via Aurora
🪜 The smart-play stack — 5 min setup
  1. Install Obtainium first (Universal APK)
  2. Use Obtainium to install GitHub Store, Neo Store, Aurora Store
  3. Pin all 4 to home screen
  4. Routing by need:
    • :package: Want specific app → Obtainium (paste URL)
    • :magnifying_glass_tilted_left: Want to discover → GitHub Store (browse trending)
    • :herb: Want open-source only → Neo Store
    • :globe_showing_europe_africa: Want Play Store apps anonymously → Aurora Store
  5. Export Obtainium config every few months → instant restore on new phones

:light_bulb: No single store has everything. The combo is the play.

🛡️ Catch check
Q A
Safe? All 4 = open source, MIT/GPL/Apache, code auditable
Legal? Yes. Sideloading legal everywhere except corporate-locked phones.
Ban risk? Aurora = anonymous account, can’t be banned. Others don’t touch Google at all.
Updates? Each store handles its own update channel + notifications
Replaces Play Store? No — runs alongside it. Keep Play Store if you want.
Root needed? No. All work on stock Android.
Lockdown deadline? ~100 days. Install BEFORE that lands.

:magic_wand: Simple-pimple: install Obtainium → use it to grab GitHub Store + Neo Store + Aurora Store → 4 escape hatches from Google’s leash. Do this BEFORE the developer-verification lockdown drops in ~100 days.

Google’s tightening the leash. These 4 stores are how you stay off it.

How we can use mod apks after the restriction?

@Arfan_Evan Mod APKs survive — Google’s “Advanced Flow” lets you install unverified APKs after a few warning screens (still works). Backup plan = Shizuku (ADB-level installs, no PC, no root) + Shelter (sandboxed work profile for mod APKs). 3-layer combo, every mod still installs. :magic_wand:

I didn’t get a single word of yours:slightly_smiling_face:

@Arfan_Evan Haha sorry bro, my bad — let me try again in plain words

Short answer: yes, mod APKs will still work. Google’s not banning them, just adding a few extra “are you sure?” warning screens before installing. You click through, mod APK installs, you play your game. That’s it.

Worst case if it gets stricter later → install an app called Shizuku once → it gives your phone a magic key that installs anything without those warnings. Set it up once, forget it forever. :magic_wand:
