What you need:

  2. Generate a virtual card using this BIN:

Hey listen! U will use it for less than 5 minutes, give it a try then you uninstall it this is what i do.

Else, ExpressVPN or Surfshark offers Bolivia Ip but its paid service, i cant offord these.

I use Urban VPN on chrome extension only to activate the trial and uninstall it when done
