My anwser would seem trivial , but hey I need a house to live , not have to worry about money and be free to do whatever I want whenever I want so why not do both ?
Do the money one as a job and the one that make me happy as a hobby related thing.

A typical example would be someone passionated about AI(DL,DRL…) but the entry level for this job are at least a Master in eitheir Math , CS…
So he learned either Web Dev/Mobile Dev and work as a freelancer in it but continue to learn and focus on what make him happy during his free time(AI in this case) , so this way if he becomes skill enought , he could try to launch a product(Start Up) with the money he gain while doing the job he didn’t like…

Money. If money cant buy happiness then give it to other people. Make charities; feed a community and more

happiness because who wants to work in a firm he doesnt even enjoy
eg:- my friends say that i am good at coding and should become a coder (data scientist)
but i like ethical hacking i love it and just cant resist though where i live it has less scope there

Yes, both are important . I think that is depent situations . When you dont have much money when you are very need it , Just like You need money for healing or when you are poor , money is all for you, sometime you can go out and dont have a cent in your wallet , Money is all for you . And when you are very rich and you look around you just see money , and you dont know how to use it except buying cars, houses , smoking drugs and feeling lonely then you will think " Money dont make me happy "

Money and happiness both. They say money cant buy happiness but its nt true in most of the cases. You need money to live your life, if you happiness only and no money then how will you survive in this world. But only with money and no happiness you become gloomy and then there is no point of money.
