Is there some one who know a list of api provides who top up on daily chek-in, like agent router?

I don’t have a full list, but a few I know do the daily check-in / free credit thing: AgentRouter (the one you mentioned), and OpenRouter has free models you can use without spending credits. Some of the Chinese providers like SiliconFlow and Zhipu used to hand out free credits to new accounts too.
Honestly though, these promos change every couple of months — a provider that’s generous today might quietly pull it tomorrow. I’d check their pricing/docs pages before building anything around one.
You ever tried using an R-PROXY for access and sending provider API-Key?
This might help.
