how does it offer you to add card details? When I enter the coupon in the payment gateway, the card option disappears & only complete order is shown.

Edit: Ok it seems to work with Annual subscription but not with lifetime one. Thanks!

Works as described. Tried Lifetime, kicks. Worls for annual. Used personal trial card. Search on here how to do. Great post :fire:
