You fill out a tiny form on a website.
It spits out a beautiful credit-card-sized ID with a photo, your chosen name, a signature line, and a peace dove on it. 
You can print it as a paper card, or get any business-card printing shop to make it on real plastic for a few bucks.
It’s not a fake government ID. It’s its own thing — your own personal card that says “hey, this is me, I made it myself.”
