In short, a shitty book that tells nothing.
To be honest, it’s not hard to understand that feeling.
Yes, the 93-page book can be reduced to one sentence: “Don’t quit, repeat it until it becomes boring.”
He tells this for 14 chapters in different packaging with car analogy, radio analogy, drawing a graph, don’t get excited-get bored. No new technique, no new information, no proof, no scientific basis, no step-by-step applicable protocol.
For someone like you who expects “tell me clearly what to do” this structure feels empty, you’re right. Especially:

  1. Always motivation, zero mechanics: How will you do SATS, how many minutes, when, how often, what will you visualize? All are passed vaguely.
  2. Unfalsifiable: If it didn’t work, it’s said “you didn’t return enough, you made a Plan B, you got excited”. Excuse is ready for every failure. This is not a testable teaching.
  3. Repetition of Neville: If you already read Neville Goddard, this book tells you zero new things. The author himself already says “nothing is mine, only the way of saying it is mine”.
    The man already admits it in the preface: “You don’t need to study this book, just read it.” In other words, he knowingly wrote it not as an “information book” but as a “don’t-quit pat-on-the-back bro book.”
