In short, a shitty book that tells nothing.
To be honest, itโs not hard to understand that feeling.
Yes, the 93-page book can be reduced to one sentence: โDonโt quit, repeat it until it becomes boring.โ
He tells this for 14 chapters in different packaging with car analogy, radio analogy, drawing a graph, donโt get excited-get bored. No new technique, no new information, no proof, no scientific basis, no step-by-step applicable protocol.
For someone like you who expects โtell me clearly what to doโ this structure feels empty, youโre right. Especially:
Always motivation, zero mechanics: How will you do SATS, how many minutes, when, how often, what will you visualize? All are passed vaguely.
Unfalsifiable: If it didnโt work, itโs said โyou didnโt return enough, you made a Plan B, you got excitedโ. Excuse is ready for every failure. This is not a testable teaching.
Repetition of Neville: If you already read Neville Goddard, this book tells you zero new things. The author himself already says โnothing is mine, only the way of saying it is mineโ.
The man already admits it in the preface: โYou donโt need to study this book, just read it.โ In other words, he knowingly wrote it not as an โinformation bookโ but as a โdonโt-quit pat-on-the-back bro book.โ
Whoever is saying all negative about the book, the author has already answered you in the book. First, itโs not for you to learn if you are good at theory and practical both. Second, the author has asked for your thoughts on the book in a polite way, not a way you are commenting here my friend.
The straight answer is, if the book feels boring, nothing valuable, itโs not for you, just like thousands of other books which are out of your tiny mindโs understanding. Do you hold yourself and give reply to each of them this big? You donโt. Then why here? Just skip and appreciate it.
The author has clearly said itโs for beginners and intermediates, and you either missed that line, or you just wanted to write a reply here to gain attention.
