Encode Decode tool

There is a wordpress plugin named encode-decode-tool (https://wordpress.org/plugins/encode-decode-tool/). How do i extract the main codes out of it so that i can use the code manually and customize. Or can anyone provide the html code of it? Thanks in advance

I want to convert content to ASCII character-set like the mentioned wp plugin does. I can use the plugin instead but i need the html code for some reason.

i need php code. Can you make it like ‘when i click encode after placing the url on the box, the encoded url will be little different so that the url can not be decoded with any other decoder out there.’ Is it possible?

Thanks it worked like a charm. But i couldn’t use it on wordpress. When i paste the entire code on wordpress text/html mode it doesn’t work.
