Worked fine initially, but account got banned/disabled 3 days later, even though I did not download courses or did anything suspicious.
Recommended that you use a legit US Name and Address to avoid this.
And use Udemy-dl or something to download the courses you want soon after registering, as you can be banned anytime.

It would have worked for a year if we used it gently not too greedily and, of course, have no leechers and crazy-lunatic downloaders (I mean people, not udemy-dl).

I think you peoples must ask OP about the closing, instead of asking to SaM, considering community forum concern, mods or above would not take such action unless OP requests it to them. just saying, a person who sitting behind and seeing all of the drama as you most of the peoples pushing same questions, again and again, it’s only him, who let peoples fight for nothing.
somehow, if this trick get works in the future, he can always have option to ask them to unlock, it’s easy but he’s making it complicated even he’s not the original poster of this trick.

@pranavmittal611 That’s why i always tried to warn people about premium VPN or tunneling entire device and asign the vpn location with address. And a real / valid address is just a click way.
You need to be precise as much as you can about these thing.
@Ty_Khy Even if your afraid become true my friend. I mean if your ecard id got canceled, then maybe you are still log in on tehe iPad because of cookies. But , cookies have expirey. Or maybe not, better not to take any risk with that.

Yes! You are right. Premium VPN is the key in this particular case.
Although I did not use the account but it got deactivated and my conclusion is that I used OkayFreedom VPN which randomly picked up USA location.

Actually the method is still working as it should be .What they did is changed e-learning platform (for example-udemy) accessing method, now only those users have access to e-learning platform who confirmed their Id-proof details with the library. and library give them permission to use those e-learning services.then you are able to use services without any problem.
It’s not the first time happening this also happens with lynda library method as well in past.that’s why many public library gives you some time to prove your id card by personally visiting the library where you apply for your library card.
Now the main question is there is any other way ? No , if you are able to find any other library as well with the same method . there is high chances that method is going to end same way as this .

No need to be so angry at other users. If they are using filthy language doesn’t mean you should too.
