Here are questions:
- Have you actually lived in the address you entered?
- If you have, how long have you lived in the given address?
- is it more than 3 months?
I believed that the new registration system has comes up with a double verification with local city council.
Your information may not be in the local city council database. That could be a reason it says your your name does not appear to be associated with this address. You may try this again 1-3 month later.
