MIT-WPU is a university in Pune, Maharashtra and The S.C.R.I.P.T. gang is one of their college student clubs. They were associated with Coursera through this Coronavirus program. They were just doing this for spreading more education to those who do not have any university/college email id or their university/college didn’t register with Coursera. They were doing for good of people. But somehow because of reporting their association got terminated with Coursera.
That is why I was telling you to go through the post for one time.
No worries. Now all misunderstanding is clear.

I tried with an edu email. Result: “Free Coursera is not yet available in your University”.

yes it says after that,coursera will ask your collage name give it, and wait for few days then login to your main account and click on the 3600 free course then type your edu Id it will be activated with your organization
NOTE = no need to your organization as a part of coursera no need any of the your staff member to contact Coursera.
