🎬 Export CapCut with every Pro feature, no watermark, for free β€” using only the normal PC app

:repeat_button: Pre-render your edit into a clip, fully close the app, reimport that file, then export β€” the Pro flags don’t follow it

Every Pro feature, exported with no watermark, using only the normal CapCut desktop app β€” no sketchy download, no cracked build. Works as of right now; an older version of this went around, but CapCut changed things, so a couple of extra steps are needed.

The idea: you bake your finished edit into one pre-rendered clip, then re-import that raw clip and export it β€” the Pro flags stay behind.

Phase 1 β€” Bake the edit into one clip

  1. Edit your video as normal, using every Pro feature you want.
  2. Ctrl + A to select all clips.
  3. Right-click β†’ Create compound clip.
  4. Right-click the compound clip β†’ Preprocess compound clip.
  5. Wait until it’s fully processed β€” 100%.

Phase 2 β€” Grab the pre-rendered file

  1. Open File Explorer and go to this path (swap in your Windows user + project name/number):
C:\Users\YOUR USER\AppData\Local\CapCut\User Data\Projects\com.lveditor.draft\YOUR PROJECT NAME OR NUMBER\Resources\combination
  1. Two files are there β€” one ends .mp4, the other .mp4.alpha.mp4. You want the .mp4 (ignore the alpha one).

:warning: What changed: you used to be able to import that .mp4 straight back and export. Now it throws a β€œfile is corrupted” error β€” unless you fully close CapCut first (next step). That’s the whole reason the old method stopped working.

Phase 3 β€” Reimport and export clean

  1. Leave the Explorer window open and completely close CapCut β€” save your project, then close both the project window and the home-screen window (or End Task in Task Manager to do it fast).
  2. Reopen CapCut and go back into your project.
  3. Import the .mp4 (not the alpha) into that same project.
  4. Drop it on the timeline and delete the original compound clip.
  5. Export β€” it should go through with no Pro warnings.
  6. Done? Ctrl + Z afterwards to bring your editable project back if you want to keep working on it later.

That’s the working method. If CapCut changes it again, I’ll update this post.

Happy Learning!
