Are You Using Same Account Again And Again if yes then it’s not gonna happen
After 3-4 back to back rejection accounts get flagged
And New accounts are automatically flagged or high risk because of no trust

Take my advice create few accounts wait few days email will survive few days
Just chill let those accounts get old trustworthy and then apply

If you are in urgent situation
Contact support tell them you are an online learner but your id card don’t have online word on it and they may help you or approve you

I did nothing after creating one mail and it worked for about 2 months ( I didn’t logged into mail or portal once after activation of mail that’s why)
