The issue seems to be partially resolved. You can claim the account but once you try to logg in it says invalid credentials and also the email is not created yet I guess

I am India, and when I am entering my real information, and real ID with Persona verification, Persona is saying that it can’t verify (even though I uploaded the ID, which is directly downloaded from government website, not a photo capture or scanned copy), so contact on [email protected] . I contacted on this email 2 days ago, and they still haven’t replied.

Is this reserved for the citizens and people living in USA?

I have no idea what I am doing wrong, so triggering the “Couldn’t verify photos” from Persona verification.

No, it is not reserved. Upload a scanned copy and try please. I am from India and have generated 3 emails with my passport scanned copy

So far, I have uploaded Voter card, PAN card scanned copy, but Persona verification failed, giving me the same message of “Couldn’t verify photos” .

Then uploaded Aadhar Card, which is directly downloaded from Aadhar government website. But Persona verification failed, giving me the same message of “Couldn’t verify photos” .

I really have no idea what is wrong from my end.

My passport got expired 2 years ago, and I haven’t renewed it since then. So it will not work.

You will never lose it. Just sign into it with outlook and then you claim your .me domain from nc.me. Sign in with sso with your email into zoom and then you will have zoom enterprise
