If you’re having a tough time changing your password, just give them a call or shoot them an email. They can help you out.

Then why you said that fill form using fake details? If it requires verification it will match with your name of id card and the name you wrote on that form.
I used real information. And now received an email to activate identikey

Okay, people I contacted support. they told me there is an internal server error that is preventing new activations for some time. It will take 1-2 days for new activations to activate. Right now, they will show an internal server error
