Go to edu.google.com and sign in with google account and to get the benefits, it will automatically ask you for your identity by sheerid.com like school admission card or anything proof that your are a student in x collage and, wait for few min you will get a confirmation email, then you can redeem qwiklabs 200$ and coursera for free.

Qwik Labs credits can be used in the labs only and not on GCloud directly, If you only want 200 Credits in QWikLabs, I already gave a link for Unlimited QwikLabs credits
