Please - Can you do me a favor - can you please confirm are they giving certifications free too after completing the course ? especially Microsoft course there… waiting for your reply.

For every course you take and exam you pass, you get the certification, and for the full path (more than one course as Become data analyst path) you get certification after finishing the inside courses
