When trying to subscribe to or purchase a Google One plan, the following message appears:

“This offer is not available. You can check out other Google One plans to find the right one for you.”

Because of this error, the selected plan cannot be purchased.

You have to delete the payment profile. Then try. Or you can create new profile thats based in US.
