There is no way to enter the 3 months code during the checkout. I had this sometime back but didn’t bothered to post it. So users get only 14 days trial.

For those who can’t find where to enter the coupon code:

Add a payment method → remove the payment method → the free trial ends → refresh the page → click UPGRADE on the new green bar at the top and enter the coupon code.

If you’re stuck because of an existing subscription, create a new Organization and delete the old one.
