please help me i got hacked they hacked my account at iQ binary options and feed all my balance how can i do a full scan to know if there is no spiao on me pc please help me this and the ip i found on the site Navegador Chrome . Endereço IP - 171.232.48.155 , Vietnã

It seems your credentials were shared on a forum (Leaks and Cracks)

First of all.
Reset your password while ressting the password click on log out from all devices (if any check box is there).
then Enable Multiple Factor Authentication from settings.

Check for Keyloggers installed on your pc too.

Now contact the IQ option help support through the app or Website and tell them to take action on suspicious logins and have them Reimburse any payments made by the attackers.

thank you already I spoke with them more said that I do not have a double check of two factors said that they would not give.

It is possible that they also bugged my browser.

IQ Options Accounts are easy to crack. Even I made a config just a few days ago for IQ Options.

Suggestion: No matter what security you set up for your gaming accounts, never miss out on security of sites from which you earn or make a living of. Do what @Syed_Fazal_Hassan said and it should be okay.

abirgado by the information I already changed the password and I did not find Keyloggers installed thanks to god I must have put with the same password in some forum and they must have entered and seen my email from iq and were try and find out that my email was leaked. :sweat_smile: :inocente:
