I have a instagram account which i made some years ago..I left using it before 1 year..Today I find that the photoes of the account is being misused and I need to delete the insta account but it seems that I cannot delete the insta account without password…Yahoo mail is linked with that instagram account …I forgot the passwords of both yahoo and instagram …Is there any way to delete insta account without password or getting acces to yahoo mail >??

Just a theory:
In every setup, a verification must be required, no matter what, verification required. because, under my concern, you don’t have email, password access, so in case you get lucky and deletes that account just like that without verification of anything, isn’t it weird that one someone can deletes mine? or I claim to deletes my friend’s Instagram, in fact, I have his cell number & home address? Am I thinking too much 
So what I’m saying is, whatever solution might be pop-up here, Verification must be required no matter you must have access to one thing email or password but without it sounds to me it’s not possible If it is possible? Folks do let me know please, I have trash more than 100 accounts of others, why? I don’t know but just for fun! (I sometimes make jokes, mostly)
