Hello. Is there any way to download books from archives or read it there online? If there is, then please help.

Yes, You can either read a book online or download it from Archive.org.
Go to the Search bar and search for a book.
For reading, you can scroll the book in the in-built reader.
For download, scroll down and you get dozens of options,
then you can select pdf or zip or any other format and press it.
Your book will be downloaded in the selected format!
