I want to move windows taskbar icon like this . how can i do this. please help me…

Right Click On Taskbar > Taskbar Settings > Use the drop-down menu to change the location from > Taskbar location on screen.

Also, uncheck ‘Lock the taskbar’ and just drag the taskbar to the side of the screen. Does the same thing.

I think you asking to move start icon at the bottom, if that’s your question, then it’s not possible
