First of all, you have to learn and understand how youtube works nowadays.
The algorithm has changed a lot and now it favors watch time, clickable content and SEO , and I’m going to detailly tell you how I managed to master all of those aspects.

Something that we all have to keep in mind is that YouTube = Entertainment AND THIS IS CRUCIAL FOR ACHIEVING YOUR YOUTUBE SUCCESS

Some tips that I can give you for making entertaining videos are:
Always be unexpected: (from the beginning of your video to the end)
Reverse engineer Moves, series, and cartoons: The next time you watch one of these, instead of getting all hooked up with it, question yourself. Why is this movie entertaining?, what can I use on my videos? etc.
Let’s continue with clickable content:
Clickable content or clickbait is hard to pull it off. Some people think it’s just only adding red arrows and circles in the thumbnail, and some super exaggerated titles that are hard to believe.
Clickbait is an art , only a few understand it, but I’ll do my best to help you.
1.- Focus on trends: trends will always help you to be where people are the hungriest for content.
Example #1 (Gaming): A new video game comes out, or a new update. Think of what people or you would like to see about that new thing. (some tips and tricks, things you missed, easter eggs, glitches, new character review or world record)
There will always be something that you can do to gain those views.
Example #2 (Business): There is an event or a company did something related to your niche, make a video about it, talk about something interesting that a lot of people would like to see.
2.- Make interesting titles: same as I did with this thread, you have to give it a juicy title in order for it to get views.
First, think about your content is going to be about, then think about an awesome title that will make people wonder what is going to be inside the video content.
Example #1 (Gaming): The map has an update so new things are added, “Season 2 vs Season 3 Full Map Comparison”, “Season 3 Map Secret Spots” “Season 3 Map Routes to Get Top Tier Loot”.
Example #2 (Business): Christmas is near, so you want to make a video about that for your Amazon FBA Channel. “Tips for selling more on Christmas 2019 Amazon FBA” “How Much Money Do You Make on Christmas Amazon FBA” “Amazon FBA Selling Hacks For Christmas” “How I Made $100k Selling on Christmas Amazon FBA” and you get the idea
3.- Clickable Thumbnails: A book is judged by its cover, and a video by its thumbnail.
There used to be a few tutorials about how to make clickbait thumbnails, but sadly they got erased.
The only resources left are these videos.

REMEMBER TO ALWAYS MAKE YOUR VIDEO RELATED TO YOUR TITLE AND THUMBNAIL, OTHERWISE, PEOPLE WILL NOT LIKE YOU AND ALSO YOU WILL GET BANNED FROM YOUTUBE.
And lastly SEO.
SEO is important because is the information that you give youtube so it can suggest your video in a lot of places.
90% of people do bad SEO on their videos, that’s why most of the time their awesome videos don’t get suggested at all.
