Shame that the quality is not the same 
The quality is very poor 
I think it just fills the watermark area with content aware fill or heals the area with watermark and generates a link to download..

That is not a trick it just helps you to download the thumbnails of the images that are shown on shutterstock when you make a search cause they don’t have any watermark but they are not of the same resolution but range from 400 - 600 pixels. And actually anyone with a decent knowledge of browser developer window can get the image him/her self.
If you want to know then here I am leaving the method for you :
After you have found your desired image from several options, right click over the image and select inspect and then make your way to the button tag , every button tag has a “z_…” class in that tag there is just one anchor tag in which there is an img which holds the link to the image used as thumbnail. double click on it the link will be selected automatically , copy it and paste it on the search bar and hit ENTER you will be navigated to the image page.
Shutterstock has all its images encrypted , so there’s no way anyone can pirate them until leaked or stolen, and shutterstock on purpose not puts water mark on any of the thumbnail images on its site.
But don’t get discouraged this is actually a very good method, if the uploader has uploaded in 4K or more, the resolution of the image, then that thumbnail will be of great clarity even in low pixels , just do the math. Also shutterstock features its images on other stock footage and photos sites like videezy and I actually discovered that thumbnails on other sites is over 600 px I once found an image of 718 px.
Use of the thumbnails is not illegal by the way.

@Neomati upscaler8 is really a great website it is worth going to, you guys can use the tutorial method and or the developer window method to get the low resolution image and then go to the upscaler website, it’s really cool I tried it and it has a great result.
You can really see the difference the image on the left is the low res image which has been zoomed more than 2x but it still looks good because it was uploaded in 4K by the uploader but then you can make it more good with the website recommended by @Neomati on the right that is the image which is enhanced 4x resolution and it looks even better.
Eventually this means you can actually get any image from shutterstock and if anyone who is even more curious and knows python can actually create a script to automate the whole labor.

You can use:
to find the stock image, without saving the thumbnail, which will be a better resolution.
Now for WEBP, you can use any online converter to convert from WEBP to any formet (JPG, PNG etc)
Yeah use snip and sketch and then crop this you can save image in any format. If you are on win 10
