I’m using it. And It works very well. I’m not aware of any best alternatives. Use the android app. This is the best way to find free wifi, regardless of where you live.

You don’t want to pay for the app ? Then contribute, and add free wifi access points. In fact, contributors perks are even better than paid customers (you’ll get lifetime full version).
