On PC, you can get it easily by going to the item shop and claim it.
But it’s not available on Console, so here is a tutorial how to get the pack for FREE without PC

Basically, we are going to claim the pack on Phone, using Gforce Now App.

Join and subscribe to the free Plan: https://www.nvidia.c…ow/memberships/

Download the app on android or iOS: https://www.nvidia.c…e-now/download/

Run GforceNow App and login using your account.

Search for Fortnite and launch it

Login with your epic game (Fortnite) account and go to the item shop to claim the Pack.

Finally, launch Fortnite on your console to do the quests and get the Pack for Free!
