Yes, It is redirecting and if you use any other online library temporary card no, it redirects to their help page - showing that their is some issue with your card. It just doesn’t pass the login or sign up page at Lynda.com

I guess, card number provided by Huston library is not temporary. I tried to login in Android app also and I found that, account details are invalid.
